It’s time to stop hiding behind that camera of yours. Your family is missing you in the picture. So it’s time to post a picture of YOU (yes, you) every Thursday with your child, your spouse, your friend, your dog, or even by yourself. Just get in the picture, you’ll be glad you did! I was back at the park this week, I haven’t been there in about 3 weeks and I was missing feeding the birds and lizards. I love going there, there is hardly ever anyone there during the day. Occasionally council workers mowing the grass or fixing something and the occasional dog walker but all in all it’s relatively quiet! I haven’t seen the ducks I took photos of a few weeks back with their ducklings but I did see some new ducklings on my way out. Here is my shoot me photo for this week as well as a photo of two of the moorhen chicks that I’ve been watching grow with their mother and two water dragons – see if you can spot them?

I’m jealous that it is warm enough to wear short sleeves. Enjoy the park. Nice photo of you too.
Thank you….at this stage I’d trade you for snow and ice within the blink of an eye, it’s too humid at the moment which is killing me!
Great shot of you…like your hairstyle. So glad you are safe from all the destruction from the cyclone that hit there.
LOL my hairstyle was the result of being really hot and bothered actually….it was a wreck by the time I’d taken this photo. I have it down over my face but after perspiring a bit it was all over the place as I was mopping up the wet with a tissue. Yep very safe from the cylone, so grateful it wasn’t anywhere near us
I like the angle on this shot. It adds creativity.
Thanks Tracy, the angle is often referred to as a “dutch angle” and yes, often it’s used for creativity, I like using it now and then
You have such a beautiful smile…and with toothy pegs too woohoo. Not something we see very often. I love this pic! :flower:
LOL no we don’t see my teeth too often – I hate my smile but I’m working on changing that view! It’s a slow process but I’ll get there.
Those are very interesting birds! I see the water dragons. That is neat! I love your hair Wendy! It is such a great style on you!
You are much braver than I in moving your blog. You sare so tech savvy! Hope it all goes smoothly for you.
I think it will go okay moving the blog, I’m expecting “choppy seas” haha meaning it will be a few days offline while the webhost push it through – there seems to be some problem at their end that’s causing major issues, other than that it shouldn’t be too bad!
