Gattina @ Writer Cramps is the host of this week’s Fun Monday and here is her assignment for this week….
I want to know how do you do your grocery shopping, every day, once a week, once a months, in different shops or in one big supermarket. A picture of your favourite store and maybe of your trolley would be nice.
Well, I’m not currently the shopping person in the house due to health reasons, it’s too slow, it’s too much like hard work and in the summer months it’s been really hard to do BUT I occasionally pop out for my own things or things that were missed and these are the places I head to usually. You could say I have a “shopping crew”, my mum and husband do the shopping each fortnight!
Go visit Gattina’s to see who else is playing this week.
Next week’s host is Faye at Summit Musings, so pop across this week to see what her assignment will be!
Sometimes I wish someone would grocery shop for me! I guess here soon that wish will actually come true! lol
So neat to see what the stores look like. Thanks for posting!
I must say that it is quite handy, I don’t have to get through all the people and the hassle. Occasionally I shop online too for groceries but it depends, mostly they will go out and do the shopping for me
Thanks for the visit Janet, always nice to see a new face!
Woolworth has closed down in Europe too. Coles I know from my stays in the States when I visited my aunt. The Pacific fair must be nice for shopping !
Pacific Fair is really nice, in fact I should get some photos of it to show you what it’s like!
Hi Wendy! By now you’ve had the great head shaving? I hope you raised a lot of funds with your efforts. Bring on the dramatic earrings for awhile! I’m glad you’ve found a natural health store that you trust. A friend of mine is dealing with a serious illness herself and is trying to follow a homeopathic treatment regime.
Thanks for promoting next week’s Fun Monday. I’ll have the topic and sign up posted by late Wednesday.
I don’t know why I’m being so lazy lately and not joining in. This would have been good one, especially as Monday is my grocery shopping day!!
I rather enjoy the shopping – it’s my time alone! Here, Woolworth’s was a drug store with sundries, not a grocery. Very interesting!
We had a woolworths in Kenya but they sold clothes only. I have not seen a woolworths in the US, very interested
We had Woolworths here in the states…they sold only sundries and household items..I think they are all gone now.
