Giving awards I’m talking about…what did you think? Argh nevermind!
Okay so I selected a few friends to pass awards on to, don’t sob if you haven’t been chosen this time, there will be others, but I wasn’t about to issue everyone with one….these are totally random as will future ones be….so if you missed out now, keep an eye on things here and you might find a surprise one day. Wear it on your blog IF you want, wipe your bum with it, I don’t mind…these are just some recognition awards 
1. For my first award, someone who often comes to my blog and others and always has a friendly smile and some great words of support. None other than our Maljam!!
2. This one goes to the one who is quick off the mark with links for learning and has obviously never truly hung up her chalk or dusted off the blackboard for good, this award goes to Joanygee
3. Goes to someone who amazes me with her calm when she’s surrounded by chaos, if it’s not the dog’s burning bum, it’s one of her daughters frying her hair but she maintains her composure (mostly). This one goes out to Karisma.
4. The popcorn award goes to the lovely MiHoMiPa and to explain why popcorn, the woman writes MEGA posts! Take a trip through her daily routine of looking after the farm animals, helping to manage a business, cooking great meals, skiing, swim meets and renovating her house….grab the popcorn and sit back for a read.
5. Goes to Ice Cream Mama because she resurrected her blog from the blog abyss and the fact that she loves icecream – I think she’s onto something there!
6. I just HAD to do one for mine and Stu’s blog (Rings in a Roo Sack) because it was itching for this award – hmmm itching – perhaps not quite the best word to use!

Oh WOW! See we were supposed to be skiing this morning – chaperoning the kids’ school ski program. But there is a 2 hour delay because of the foot + of snow yesterday, so no skiing today. So while the kids take their time getting ready for school, I thought I’d read some blog posts, and WOW! What a bonus to be receiving a reward! How very sweet of you Wendy. It is much appreciated – the originality in coming up with the awards, the time in making them, and the thoughtfulness in handing them out to begin with. Thank you so much!
