I was surprised a few days ago, I discovered a parcel sitting outside the front door, addressed to me, the sender was a company name. I hadn’t ordered anything online, what was it? It was sealed well enough to house the crown jewels safely, but I got through it all eventually to discover a really lovely basket of goodies!
Hmmmm too much chocolate but never mind, I can make the occasional exception, the rest was shared out to mum and dad. I got the fudge, the coffee shots, macadamia shortbread and the wine!
Who sent it? It turned out to be from a friend of mine in Perth, she’d got wind that I had been going through some depression so decided I needed some comfort haha, what a gem she is!!!
Yay for surprise gifts! Baskets are made to be shared, so I’m glad there was something for everyone.
